Molex is seeking a proactive Engineering NPI Coordinator to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within our Taiwan Engineering team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring sample builds are executed smoothly, on time, and in close coordination with Engineering and Production teams. You will track progress, identify risks, and help resolve production constraints during the sample and early build phases.


Scope

  • End‑to‑end coordination of NPI sample activities
  • Schedule tracking and progress reporting
  • Production line observation and issue identification
  • Cross‑functional communication and execution support
