Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) is a world‐famous brand with offices around the globe.We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer based in Ensenada, Mexico.
In this role you will be responsible for the mechanical design of amplifiers, pedals, pro‐audio and accessories from concept through release to manufacturing.
As a Mechanical Engineer II you will also work with manufacturing on new designs to assure manufacturability and provide technical support on products already in production.ResponsibilitiesDesign, analysis and testing of amplifier, pedal and accessory products to ensure they meet marketing and engineering requirements.Design and build test fixtures as necessary for reliability testing.Host and participate in design reviews for all R&D projects.Work closely with other mechanical engineers, industrial designers, drafters, electrical engineers, project management, product management, purchasing, manufacturing engineers and OEM engineers.Attend evening mee...
