Job Description
ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyze, and test amplifier, pedal, and accessory products to ensure they meet marketing and engineering requirements.Design and build test fixtures as necessary for reliability testing.Host and participate in design reviews for all R&D projects.Work closely with other mechanical engineers, industrial designers, drafters, electrical engineers, project management, product management, purchasing, manufacturing engineers, and OEM engineers.Attend evening meetings with overseas OEM factories.Evaluate first article samples.Perform tolerance analysis on critical product features.QualificationsMechanical Engineering degree with 3-5 years of product development experience.Strong SolidWorks skills, including surfacing and sheet metal experience.Strong knowledge of FEA tools; SolidWorks Simulation preferred.Solid design, analysis, and problem‐solving skills sufficient to design with some supervision.Basic understanding of electronic circuitry and PCBA standards preferr...
