**Engineering Manager – SYNCHRO Team**
**Location:** Vilnius, Lithuania (Office-based / Hybrid)

Bentley Systems is seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead the SYNCHRO engineering team in our Vilnius office. SYNCHRO is Bentley’s industry-leading platform for 4D construction scheduling and model-centric project delivery. In this role, you will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team building the tools that connect design intent to field reality at an infrastructure scale. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and aligning engineering execution with Bentley’s global Model Centric Construction strategy.
