Engineering Manager – EMEA MVSST R&D (Vantaa, Finland)

Build and lead Eaton's new EMEA MVSST (Medium Voltage Solid State Transformer) R&D organization, defining strategy, driving product development, and establishing engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive engineering strategy and roadmap for new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market requirements.
• Accountable for product delivery, including schedule, budget, quality, and technical performance targets.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing engineering team; recommend and champion hiring, promotion, and performance decisions.
• Direct and orchestrate cross‑functional engineering resources across Hardware, Firmware, and Mechanical Engineering disciplines.
• Partner closely with Eaton's global R&D team.
• Represent engineering in senior leadership forums and cross‑functional steering committees.
