Job Description
We are hiring an Engineering Manager who is hands‑on technical as well as strong leadership someone who can roll up their sleeves, guide full‑stack execution, and own delivery quality across 2–3 pods of 20–25 engineers. This is not a traditional EM role. If you're a strong Principal Engineer who has led teams and wants to grow into broader leadership, this is the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple pods — timelines, quality, release readiness, and client commitments
- Technically guide frontend, backend, QA, data, and automation teams on architecture and execution
- Break down projects into phases with clear owners, dependencies, and milestones
- Proactively identify risks and blockers; elevate before they become problems
- Conduct go/no-go reviews; push back when quality needs more time — we want that maturity
