Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Engineering Oversight Lead the engineering team in the design, analysis, and optimization of renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind farms, BESS, hybrid systems, etc.). Ensure compliance with industry standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE), local regulations, and safety protocols. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and calculations (electrical, civil, structural). Oversee feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield modeling. Drive innovation in renewable energy technologies, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction strategies. 2. Project & Construction Management Manage engineering deliverables across project lifecycles (concept design construction commissioning). Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and EPC firms to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
