As Engineering Manager for the Cloud Foundations within Platform Engineering, you shape the core cloud platform that enables product teams to build, deploy, and run apps securely. You guide a team of engineers to evolve foundational cloud systems into self-service, developer-centric products, scaling AWS-based baselines, networking, and IaC tooling. You own strategy, execution, and organizational design to improve developer velocity, platform resilience, and security across the company. This role offers impact on the cloud ecosystem and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving fintech environment.
