Job Description
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer working on distributed systems in Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript ,
- 3+ years of experience managing engineers, ideally on small, fast-moving squads ,
- Clear communication, a bias toward action, and the ability to navigate ambiguity ,
- A track record of building resilient systems and leading teams through scaling challenges ,
- Comfortable working in our stack or learning quickly: Java/Python/Go, React, Postgres, AWS, Kubernetes ,
- (Desirable) Experience with backend development ,
