About the Company

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5+ engineers focused on infrastructure and platform tooling
- Own technical strategy, planning, and execution for core platform initiatives
- Act as a technical mentor and hands‑on contributor, guiding architecture and writing code
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to build infrastructure that unlocks innovation
- Establish and evolve engineering processes for velocity and quality
- Invest in recruiting and developing engineering talent through coaching and mentorship
- Promote a high-agency, high-accountability team culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
