Job Purpose
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing all engineering activities during the Front‑End Engineering Design (FEED) phase of offshore projects. The role ensures technical excellence, alignment with client requirements, cost‑effective design, and readiness for EPC execution, while maintaining strict adherence to offshore standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team (Process, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Pipeline, Marine, Naval, etc.)
- Coordinate engineering activities to ensure consistency and integration across all disciplines
- Establish engineering execution strategy, procedures, and deliverables plan for the FEED phase
