Vacancy: Engineering Manager
Location: Nilai, Malaysia
Job Family: Engineering
As the Engineering Manager, you will formulate the plan to coordinate and implement all maintenance activities and personnel in all aspects of plant maintenance and engineering, projects, and equipment technology transfer in order to minimize unplanned downtime and maintain department KPI (Key Performance Index).
Your goal / purpose will be to manage the engineering department in Nilai.
Responsibilities
- Manage the department and Capex project ~ RM 2M – 3M.
- Good understanding in TPM and other management tools, to assist in equipment maintenance and upgrade.
- Possess a good understanding and working member on ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and IATF16949 management system.
- Good understanding in QCC, TPM and other management tools to assist in equipment maintenance and upgrade.
