One of our key clients is looking to engage with an Engineering Manager to work across multiple stakeholders within one of the most reputable financial institutions here in Australia. The Engineering Managers main focus is to lead the engineering squads to the best working practices, scaling up the team and ensuring the teams professional development. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple squads.
Key interface to stakeholders who work in partnership to deliver new features to the market. Provide People Leadership, mentorship and guidance Participate in People Management forums, sessions and Leadership meetings, sessions and workshops as required.
