Be our NEXT Engineering Manager !
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or a similar technical role ;
- Experience leading and coaching engineering teams ;
- Strong technical background and delivery ownership ;
- Knowledge of software quality, maintainability, and operational excellence ;
- Experience working with Agile teams and Product Owners ;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
