Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Engineering Manager II**
to act as a subject matter expert within Software, System, and Test Engineering.
You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure optimal distribution of personnel and associated resources across projects to meet deadlines and objectives, both for clients and internal projects
+ Work with delivery managers, the resourcing team, and other resource managers to anticipate future resource needs based on project pipelines and organizational goals
+ Implement and design software including but not limited to applications based on: event driven architecture, asynchronous message oriented architecture, and standard client-server architecture, which entails overseeing the analysis of user requirements to improve release cadence and software quality, identifying leverage points to preserve quality of the application, review...
