As Engineering Manager for the Application Enablement team, you will lead a multi-platform engineering group responsible for the shared infrastructure underpinning Perk’s web, iOS, and Android platforms. You’ll shape technical direction, balance immediate delivery with long-term sustainability, and partner with product teams to deliver foundational capabilities. You’ll drive strategic initiatives such as synthetic monitoring, SDLC acceleration, and a contextual notifications platform, with a focus on engineering quality and cross-functional collaboration.
