We are on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our Payments engineering teams — a group of 6–10 backend engineers building the payments infrastructure that powers Delivery Hero across 70+ countries. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration. You will grow a high-performing team, maintain a strong technical bar, and be the connective tissue between engineering execution and broader product and business goals.
Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero. You’ll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants, from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets and credit. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users and enabling smooth transactions across our markets.
