Engineering Manager – Events
Engineering Manager for Perk's Events team leading a distributed group of experienced engineers, primarily based in the Barcelona hub, to build and evolve the core group booking and events platform.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivery and personal development of team(s)
- Serve as servant leader, adapting style to engineer needs
- Coach and mentor for performance and career ownership
- Act as technical champion, ensuring team builds systems that meet organization standards
- Enable fluent collaboration and support in architecture, design, and implementation challenges
