As our Engineering Manager, you will be a vital link in our core product development team, ensuring Custobar remains scalable, secure, and compliant.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading Infrastructure Taking responsibility for cloud configuration and the uptime/reliability of our GKE environment.
- Bridge & Shield Translating certificate requirements into technical tickets and protecting the internal team from distraction, maintaining high deployment frequency.
- Hands‑on Execution Reviewing PRs, debugging complex cluster issues, and writing automation scripts.
- Vendor Management Guiding and auditing outsourced DevOps and DevSec work to ensure it aligns with internal needs.
