About the Role
We're partnering with a fast growing startup in Dubai building a new investment platform. They're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for the core trading and investment infrastructure, reporting directly into the General Manager.
This is a hands‑on leadership role — you'll own technical strategy and architecture while staying close to the code, balancing people leadership with genuine engineering depth.
What You'll Do- Lead and grow a team of 20+ engineers, hiring and developing managers, technical leads and engineers
- Own the technical architecture for core trading systems including order management and execution, market data pipelines, and real‑time portfolio infrastructure
