Engineering Manager (Construction/Maintenance)
Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
- Promote and enforce workplace and product safety in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely reporting of equipment failures, safety incidents, and near misses
- Conduct and monitor toolbox talks, safety walks, and safety inspections
- Oversee completion of periodic safety inspections and follow-up corrective actions to maintain high safety standards
Business & Operational Performance
- Manage service operations within the assigned area to achieve productivity, cost, and profitability targets
- Support the conversion of Free Maintenance units into paid service contracts
- Drive renewal and recovery of maintenance contracts, including price adjustments where applicable
