Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
