Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conducts regular inspection for maintenance & repair activities.
- Ensures the functionalities of machinery and equipment.
- Oversees the Motor Pool operations that support the farm transportation needs.
- Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of the farm facility (solid waste, MRF, weed clearing, etc.)
- Ensures the maintenance and upkeep of the power generation facility and distribution lines, and wastewater treatment facility.
- Checks regularly the maintenance schedules of each machinery, equipment & buildings to achieve consistency.
- Implement safety measures on a regular basis for the benefit of both employees and farm facilities.
- Updates Maintenance & Safety Manuals regularly as may be required.
- Recommends to Management areas for improvement in relation to building designs and safety standards.
- Oversees implementation of regular pest control scheduling.
