We're looking for a forward-thinking Engineering Lead to drive our technical delivery and uplift the engineering capabilities of our growing team. This role is at the intersection of engineering strategy, leadership, and solution delivery particularly across our Salesforce ecosystem and our .NET/Azure base platform.

You'll be responsible for owning complex technical solutions, setting low-level design standards, and ensuring continuous improvement through innovation, engineering excellence, and strategic leadership.
