**The Role:**
We currently have an opportunity to be an Engineering Group Manager leading a team of engineers responsible to execute an embedded Transmission system calibration, validation and controls release. This team works cross-functionally with product, systems, and program teams to ensure all pieces come together to successfully release quality products on time to support one of our revenue generating vehicles and paving the way for our future.
In this people leader role, as well as having responsibilities for specific areas of technology, you will help develop and lead strategic action plans to support business goals for our inclusive future as we create industry leading and exciting products. You will identify and lead staffing initiatives for a work team, conduct regularly scheduled group meetings, communicate GM policies and procedures, leadership and safety messages, and craft specific to function communication on vi...
