The incumbent serves as a Road Maintenance Foreman and directly supervises road maintenance for an assigned unit, overseeing 3 to 8 equipment operators, laborers, and other required personnel. Responsibilities Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of road, bridge, and facility maintenance operations through subordinate supervisors, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance of highways, access roads, recreation sites, and related infrastructure. Direct management of heavy equipment and vehicle fleet maintenance, oversee repair operations, administer training and safety programs, and serve on the BLM Working Capital Fund Committee supporting the Heavy Equipment Fleet.
