Job Description

  • Communicates with internal customers (operations) on repairs, maintenance, & special projects.
  • Receives internal customer concerns, prioritizes them based on importance, and provides timeline for concerns’ resolution.
  • Manages and updates the Ticketing System for proper monitoring of concerns.
  • Provides feedback to customers about concerns’ resolution through phone calls and messaging applications.
  • Manages deadlines and progress across the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
  • Coordinates work permit applications with operations and ensures that permits are readily available for repair or preventive maintenance schedule execution.
  • Assists in organizing third-party providers to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house.
  • Oversees resolution of concerns, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered according to specifications and standards.
