We are currently hiring for an Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa.
Responsibilities
- Track, expedite, schedule, monitor and report on all phases of Engineering development and NPI projects in production and/or engineering labs.
- Prepare summaries and status reports on individual project performance, highlight problems that may affect completion as defined by schedule and initiate discussions for solutions.
- Attend project review meetings and report on Engineering project progress.
- Follow up and expedite activities failing to meet Engineering schedule; ensure corrective action is implemented without delay.
- Liaise with all departments involved in procurement of parts and assemblies from production for Engineering projects; assist in expediting materials with SCM, coordinate with receiving and QC, and ensure materials move smoothly to next stage.
