What You Will Be Doing

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of Transcendent and ALICE systems for preventative maintenance and work order tracking.
• Perform office administration duties, including payroll preparation, document management, record keeping, and internal communications.
• Act as office administrator for GAIA.
• Maintain and update departmental Health & Safety binders on an ongoing basis.
