Engineering Configuration Management Supervisor We are seeking an Engineering Configuration Management Supervisor responsible for maintaining accurate product configurations, managing engineering changes, and ensuring full traceability for high power amplifiers and generator systems. In addition, this role provides supervisory oversight, including coordinating daily team activities, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and supporting the development of team members to ensure high-quality, consistent execution of configuration processes.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain configuration and data management policies and best practices.

Maintain product configurations and multi-level BOMs, supporting manufacturing and resolving discrepancies.

Manage ECR, ECO, and ECN processes with full traceability.

Ensure revision control of drawings and technical documentation.
