Job Description
Responsibilities
- Communicate with production operators, supervisors, and support groups.
- Maintain and control equipment spare parts.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment on time.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Support production rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and test processes.
- Meet departmental cost and quality objectives.
- Improve and upgrade production equipment hardware and control software.
- Install and qualify new test processes and equipment.
- Identify and rectify process problems for quality improvement and scrap reduction.
- Support new program/model start-up and CR process.
