As the Test Solutions Engineer, you will be the key project owner for Micron NOR Flash memory test programs. You will ensure project readiness and assess program quality through an exacting program release process.
Responsibilities
- Develop test solutions for existing and new product technologies in the given area. Test plans will include hardware requirements, defect coverage, characterization, trending coverage, process flow, and test times.
- Collaborate with various engineering and production groups to ensure test program, infrastructure, and system readiness for new product introduction as well as mass manufacturing.
- Provide efficient and innovative solutions for production test flow optimization and test time reduction methodologies.
