Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an engineering or maintenance role within a Japanese firm.
- Expert in preventive maintenance and workplace organization.
- Proficient in tool inventory and calibration.
- Strong Hourensou and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Kaizen and waste reduction.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors for machinery parts procurement and specialized technical repairs.
- Develop and execute strict Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize production downtime.
