Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly interact and communicate with external customers to value sell the company's adhesives.
  • Support R&D projects critical to business as well as road mapping of technology/business development.
  • Generate test plans and/or experiments.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on projects/technologies for external customer, internal teams and management.
  • Travel with sales representatives to develop first-hand understanding of customer needs and application details.
  • Develop and maintain a company product specialty and serve as a technical expert in this specialty when working with staff individually and/or on team efforts.

    • BACKGROUND PROFILE:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Color Science.
  • 6 to 10 years of demonstrated related experience, preferably in an adhesive or color environment.
