Job Summary
Manage and supervise M&E site installation and coordination, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings. Prepare reports, cost estimations, and technical drawings while supporting project teams through all project stages.
Responsibilities- Calculate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and invite subcontractors for accurate cost estimation.
- Source quotations and specifications from suppliers and contractors for project budgeting.
- Collect Bills of Quantities (BQ) and arrange detailed cost comparisons to support decision-making.
- Attend internal and external meetings to coordinate project progress and resolve issues.
- Perform site inspections to verify work compliance with specifications and drawings.
