Job Summary
Responsible for leading maintenance activities including troubleshooting equipment failures, planning and performing predictive and corrective maintenance, managing spare parts, and training personnel to ensure operational reliability and safety.

- Plan, schedule, and perform predictive and corrective maintenance to optimize equipment performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records for compliance and analysis
- Prepare maintenance reports and conduct meetings to communicate status and improvements
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to standardize and improve processes
- Track uptime, downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of CDS equipment to monitor reliability
