Engineer, Rotating Equipment Maintenance (Asab)

Job Purpose

Plan, supervise and coordinate all major rotating equipment maintenance activities to ensure availability and reliability. This includes leveraging highly skilled company staff, external resources, vendors and OEMs to keep major rotating equipment operating safely with minimal downtime and optimum cost, aligned with company maintenance objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide decision support for production and maintenance teams for equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine surveillance, start‑up activities, and training on all rotating equipment.
• Develop long‑range plans for machinery overhaul based on performance evaluations and running hours to maintain high reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure integrity, reliability, and sustainability of mechanical assets associated with rotating equipment.
