Responsibilities

• Responsible for the project’s success (scope, timeline, budget, time quality, productivity, and speed)
• Analyze and deliver project scenarios concisely and accurately with options and proposals
• Responsible for setting up an appropriate project team structure according to the project’s needs and complexity
• Define targets and deliverables for the projects and all related sub-projects when necessary
