Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Continuously develop productivity improvement and lower labor input while maintaining labor effectiveness.
- Monitor and master‑listing the calibration of the measure/testing equipment/tools in Production.
- Suggest corrective measures & improve quality defects related to workmanship issues.
- Develop good work practice in employees and processes to achieve product quality without sacrificing output (e.g., Meeting daily target & Weekly production plan).
- Conduct classroom training on specific jobs application to shop floor workers.
- Lead Production department in achieving Cx, ISO & EH&S requirements.
- Work with leaders to prepare sufficient skill competent workers for line operations and maintain good line balancing (Work with Manufacturing & Quality side for workers’ training on special processes).
