Job Description
Job Summary and Key Objectives: - To provide a good technical service support to customers to achieve company's goals and objective and supporting company's business growth plans.
Key Responsibilities: - Travel to customer site to perform installation, commissioning, field retrofit, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs of company products. - Creating quotes (Spare Parts/Service) and follow up with order entry and delivery. - Submit warranty claims to headquarters. - Prepare and submit service report to customer on-site. Prepare and submit technical documents such as commissioning/Installation reports, calibration reports, preventive maintenance reports to customers. - Able to work with Sales team to support for some sales activities when required.
