POSITION SUMMARY:
The Engineer- IAS (Infrastructure Application Services) is a technical role responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise server and application infrastructure. This position ensures stability, scalability, and performance of application platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The role serves as a technical engineer within the IAS team, driving best practices, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across IT and business units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Infrastructure & Application Engineering**
+ Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure supporting enterprise applications, including middleware, application servers, and integration platforms.
+ Lead complex system deployments, upgrades, and migrations (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments)
