About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor – Short Range, the Mining Engineer is responsible for working as part of a team in support of developing and optimizing 2‑week planning. This role involves all aspects of short‑range planning including the following:
- Drill and blast planning
- Shovel scheduling
- Coal release planning
- Waste dump planning
