- Ensure best product quality performance of assembly subcon suppliers through close management and collaboration
- Manage and track supplier assembly performance to meet/exceed set target yield goals
- Analyzes subcon assembly performance indices on qualified processes and establish proactive control systems to maintain/improve process capability
- Participate in customer and annual basis quality audit at OSAT
- Investigate both internal/customer quality concerns and drive 8D corrective/preventive actions related to the quality issues
- Initiate, organize, and finalize disposition for non-conforming lot and expired material at subcon through SLD (Subcon Lot Disposition) and NCRB (Non-conforming review board)
- Review specification comparison/gap analysis between Microchip and Assembly Subcon
- Facilitate and review marking FAI and pre-production build requirements and reports
