Job Description
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all requests for features and functionality on ServiceNow are delivered according to best practice, are documented for future maintenance and improvement, and that user instructions are provided for end‑user training.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development
- Advanced technical understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools
- Configure, develop and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements
- Integration of ServiceNow platform with other enterprise systems and automate workflows
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform‑related issues
- Manage data within the platform and generate reports
- Train users and provide ongoing support for solutions deployed on the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure compliance with security standards and corporate policies
