Job Description
As a Global Facilities Standardization Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for all Facilities operations. You will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational excellence. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our operations run flawlessly, enabling Micron to compete at the highest levels. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive projects and successfully put them into practice worldwide.
Responsibilities- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Track, assess, and communicate the progress of Standardization and TPM adherence for your assigned site(s).
