Job Description
Education:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical) or any related course.
Required Skills and Work Experience:
β’ At least 3 years experience in integrated facilities management. Experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
β’ Strong foundation and expertise on facilities and equipment maintenance and project management.
β’ Solid knowledge on the following:
> Facilities system and trouble shooting and repair including general electrical and plumbing and maintenance
> Building codes, standards, and regulations, construction principles and maintenance of structures and facilities
> Facility expansions, layouts, quality controls and systems
> Determine equipment and facility specifications based on facility needs or standards
> Resource optimization
β’ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
