About the Role
Manage and ensure corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints, improve overall quality performance, and comply with quality standards and customer specific requirements.
Responsibilities
Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0‐KM concerns (mass production).
Maintain and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
Manage containment actions for 0‐KM concerns and quality proactive notifications, including customer sorting and Quality Alerts.
Coordinate additional controls with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP + 90 days (Safe Launch Plan).
Execute IPSO audits to confirm transfer of new products to production complies with approved data.
Manage quality RMA process, review and confirm customer deductions due to 0‐Km concerns.
