Job Description
At Franklin Templeton, the Communication Services team is responsible for the reliability and performance of Franklin Templeton’s global data and voice infrastructure.
Location & Schedule
Hybrid position: Working 3 days per week in the Mexico City office with remote work possible.
Responsibilities
- Oversee outsourced vendor to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to SLA/KPI management.
- Partner with technology teams to support global data and voice environments.
- Manage network infrastructure according to established operational standards.
- Define and improve operational processes and service standards.
- Oversee vendors and manage service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address service issues.
