Overview

Construction Cost Controller is responsible for cost and budget planning, monitoring, controlling, and forecasting construction project costs to ensure the project is delivered within the approved budget. The role ensures cost visibility, early identification of variances, robust change and variation control, and compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and audit expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Project Cost Control system in line with approved budgets and contracts.
• Develop and maintain the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) aligned with project scope and contract structure.
• Track and monitor original budget, approved changes, committed costs, actual costs, and forecasts.
