What the role is:

Engineer / Architect (Project Management)

What you will be working on:

• Project Management (Construction)
  • Lead team of consultants and contractor to ensure the successful completion of the project in the following areas:
    • Monitor Construction Master Programme and ensure project completion is on schedule
    • Monitor interim completion of critical milestones/delays and progress
    • Ensure sample units readiness and approval
    • Ensure completion of structural, M&E works and architectural finishes of the project
    • Monitor lift installation and commissioning
    • Ensure services laying and commissioning
    • Monitor regulatory clearances and ensure clearances obtained promptly for TOP & CSC application
    • Ensure pre‑completion checks and preparations are carried out for handover inspection
